Senior Manager, Business Integration and Application Onboarding (IAM)

Location: United States, New York City; hybrid work arrangement. Periodic domestic and international travel required, less than 10%. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required. U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.

Annual base salary: $124,400–$207,400, plus a 17.5% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding of applications to identity and access management platforms, from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation, testing, deployment, and operational transition.
• Act as the primary relationship owner between ISAM Engineering, application owners, Digital organizations, and business stakeholders.
• Define secure IAM integration approaches based on application architectures, identity data, and business processes.
• Drive adoption of identity lifecycle management, access governance, privileged access management, authentication, and directory services.
• Manage onboarding roadmaps, priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones across concurrent initiatives.
• Improve onboarding scalability through standardized governance, documentation, automation, process optimization, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience in IT, IAM, cybersecurity, or related enterprise technology roles.
• Experience leading complex technology implementations, application integrations, or enterprise-scale onboarding programs.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, CyberArk, or comparable enterprise IAM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access governance, RBAC, authentication and authorization, PAM, application integration patterns, APIs, databases, directories, and enterprise architectures.
• Experience managing stakeholders, improving governance and operational processes, driving automation, and working in an agile environment.

Nice to have

• At least 4 years focused on IAM application onboarding and scalable identity lifecycle and access management solutions.
• Experience in a large global enterprise cybersecurity or CISO organization.
• Familiarity with security frameworks, audit requirements, and identity-related regulatory controls.
• CISSP, CISM, CIAM, SailPoint, or CyberArk certification.
