Sr CIAM Security Professional (CIAM)

Location: Four-day onsite hybrid schedule in Johnston, Rhode Island; Phoenix, Arizona; Westwood or Medford, Massachusetts; Iselin, New Jersey; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Franklin, Tennessee; Cleveland, Ohio; or Chicago, Illinois.

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Provide Level 3 engineering and operational support for IAM and CIAM platforms.
• Support SSO, MFA, passwordless, identity federation, and adaptive authentication capabilities.
• Operate cloud and hybrid identity platforms, including Microsoft Entra ID, AWS Directory Services, Active Directory, and LDAP.
• Implement privileged access management, password vaulting, just-in-time provisioning, and Zero Trust access controls.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, federation, and directory integration issues across customer and workforce identity environments.
• Monitor platform health, perform deployments and upgrades, manage vulnerabilities, and identify automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience supporting enterprise IAM and CIAM platforms.
• Experience with SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and federation services.
• Experience with MFA, passwordless, risk-based, or adaptive authentication technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, AWS identity services, Active Directory, LDAP, or related identity infrastructure.
• Experience with privileged access management and identity lifecycle management solutions.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and identity security architectures in highly regulated environments.
