Solutions Engineer (Agentic AI)

Location: New York, New York (Remote); up to 35% travel, primarily across North America, for customer workshops, deal closures, and industry events.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, shape account strategies, and support enterprise software deals through closure.
• Advise customers on event-driven architecture, real-time event streaming, agentic AI, integration patterns, and modernization strategies.
• Build relationships with technical and business stakeholders through discovery sessions, workshops, on-site visits, and regular check-ins.
• Lead demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, proof-of-value engagements, hands-on trials, and technical evaluations.
• Architect and present solutions using hirify.global Event Brokers and Agent Mesh, including publish/subscribe messaging, event sourcing, CQRS, event streaming, and multi-agent workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering to share customer insights and support product adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical sales or solutions engineering for complex enterprise software solutions.
• Experience leading technical evaluations and communicating business impact to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with banking and capital markets use cases and technology stacks.
• Experience with event-driven architecture, messaging, or event streaming platforms such as hirify.global PubSub+, Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, or MQTT brokers.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks, LLM orchestration, multi-agent systems, cloud environments, Kubernetes, APIs, microservices, and application integration patterns.
• Strong presentation, communication, relationship-building, workshop, demonstration, and proof-of-concept skills; willingness to travel up to 35%.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of A2A and MCP communication patterns.
• Programming knowledge in Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript.
• Experience with event-driven architectures, streaming, messaging middleware, or LLM application development.
• Familiarity with enterprise security, networking, and compliance considerations.
