Event Manager

Location: Austin, Texas; Charlotte, North Carolina; or Reston, Virginia, United States. EST time zone preferred; travel required as needed.

What you will do

• Plan and execute a portfolio of global tradeshows, conferences, and customer events from concept through completion.
• Manage event budgets, contracts, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Drive attendee engagement, strategic activation, lead generation, and business growth.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, vendors, and external agencies for seamless event delivery.
• Lead on-site event operations and event staff.
• Track event outcomes, ROI, and key performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing B2B events, preferably in the technology industry.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Proficiency with event management and marketing tools.
