Maintenance and Reliability Manager (Chemical Manufacturing)

Salary: $93,530–$137,181 annually, plus discretionary bonuses

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate plant maintenance activities, including planning, scheduling, work order management, and execution.
• Direct the maintenance team and manage the plant maintenance budget.
• Own the plant Mechanical Integrity program and manage critical spare parts and storeroom inventory.
• Participate in Process Safety Management activities, including Mechanical Integrity, Management of Change, Pre-Startup Safety Reviews, and incident investigations.
• Provide technical support for process improvement, productivity, quality, and EHS initiatives.
• Coordinate with the central engineering group on large capital projects and prepare, review, and execute permit documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or another applicable technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of industrial experience in a chemical process environment or similar setting.
• Experience with RMP/PSM standards, maintenance planning, maintenance management, and plant maintenance.
• Strong communication, organizational, technical problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Safety, regulatory compliance, and Responsible Care must be treated as critical priorities.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday and perform physical duties including climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
