Maintenance and Reliability Manager (Chemical Manufacturing)

Location: Savannah, Georgia, United States of America; onsite, Monday–Friday.

Salary: $93,530–$137,181 annually, plus discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate all plant maintenance activities, including planning, work order management, scheduling, execution, and preventive maintenance.
• Direct and support the maintenance team while managing plant maintenance execution and budget.
• Own the plant Mechanical Integrity program and participate in PSM activities, including Management of Change, Pre-Startup Safety Reviews, and incident investigations.
• Provide technical support for process improvement studies focused on productivity, quality, environmental health and safety, and cost reduction.
• Interface with the central engineering group on large capital projects and participate in site and corporate improvement teams.
• Manage critical spare parts, storeroom inventory, and permit documentation to support regulatory compliance and project approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or another applicable technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of industrial experience in a chemical process environment or similar setting.
• Experience with RMP/PSM standards.
• Maintenance planning and management experience.
• Plant maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication, organization, self-management, technical problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and Responsible Care.
• Ability to interact with corporate staff, hourly plant personnel, and other staff members.

Nice to have

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Fluency in English.
