What you will do

• Provide customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Identify opportunities to retain and grow consumer and business relationships through appointments, referrals, and a structured sales process.
• Recommend deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank and maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a qualifying military administration, contracting, or civil affairs role.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Knowledge or demonstrated ability in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service, and presentations.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks are required under NMLS regulations.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with mobile and online banking services.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
