Financial Relationship Banker- North Mount Pleasant

Location: Mount Pleasant, SC, United States; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

What you will do

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Identify opportunities to grow, deepen, and retain consumer and business customer relationships.
• Recommend appropriate deposit, loan, investment, and other banking products and services.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank and build strong internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration, contracting, or civil affairs role.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Knowledge of banking, sales, consumer lending, business banking, customer service, and presentation practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfort using mobile and online banking technology.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, retail sales, or business-to-business sales.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
