What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs.
• Recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Provide customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Generate relationship growth through appointments, referrals, sales processes, and follow-up programs.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Maintain product and policy knowledge while following operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or relevant military service.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Currently authorized to work full time in the United States.
• NMLS-related background checks and fingerprinting may be required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, and deposit products.
• Comfort with mobile and online banking services.
