What you will do

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Identify opportunities to retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships.
• Recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank and build strong internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a qualifying military administration role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products, with familiarity with banking, investments, lending, and sales.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Visa or immigration sponsorship is not available. Fingerprints may be required under NMLS regulations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Comfort with mobile services and online banking technology.
