What you will do

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Identify opportunities to retain and grow consumer and business relationships through appointments, referrals, and structured sales processes.
• Recommend and refer customers to deposit, loan, lending, investment, and other banking products and services.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products, services, technology, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or qualifying military administration, contracting, or civil affairs experience.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort with mobile and online banking technology.
• Additional background checks and fingerprinting may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and at least one year of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, and deposit products.
• Strong presentation skills.
