Facilities Maintenance Technician II/II (Aerospace)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; onsite

Salary: $21–$34 USD per hour ($21–$28/hr for Level II; $26–$34/hr for Level III)

What you will do

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance across multiple facilities.
• Complete minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs, including plumbing stoppages and sewage issues.
• Inspect fire extinguishers, emergency equipment, and facility systems for safety compliance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot forklifts, scissor lifts, and other large equipment.
• Manage facilities inventory, equipment calibration schedules, maintenance records, and work orders.
• Support furniture moves, space reconfigurations, production-area cleaning, and facility projects.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of facilities maintenance, warehouse, or comparable hands-on experience.
• Current forklift and scissor lift certification or experience.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, including saws and drills.
• Ability to interpret assembly instructions, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation.
• Intermediate computer skills, including email, work order systems, and basic software.
• U.S. citizenship, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. individually or 100 lbs. with assistance are required.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of facilities maintenance or manufacturing experience.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience with maintenance logs, work-order documentation, preventative maintenance programs, and multi-trade troubleshooting.
