HR Business Partner (Financial Services)

Location: Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom. Employees are expected to spend at least four full days each week working in the Henley-on-Thames office.

What you will do

• Build trusted strategic advisor relationships with senior leaders across EMEA Enterprise Teams.
• Translate business strategies into workforce, talent, and capability plans.
• Support organizational design, workforce planning, restructuring, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee development, leadership effectiveness, and team effectiveness.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters across EMEA jurisdictions and partner with Legal, Compliance, Employee Relations, and HR Centers of Excellence.
• Lead people-related change and transformation initiatives, including adoption, engagement, communication, and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• Progressive HR Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders.
• Experience supporting leaders across multiple EMEA countries.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA employment practices and employee relations considerations.
• Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and operate effectively in a complex, matrixed global organization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus strong analytical, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in asset management, financial services, banking, insurance, professional services, or another complex regulated environment.
