Center Manager (PACE)

Location: San Leandro, California, United States

Salary: $116,000–$132,000 annually, bonus eligible

What you will do

• Oversee daily PACE Center operations, including participant flow, staffing, scheduling, and service coordination.
• Support interdisciplinary team processes, including timely assessments, care planning, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead center staff through coaching, performance management, workflow guidance, and accountability practices.
• Monitor operational and quality metrics, identify gaps, and implement improvements to meet center goals and service-level agreements.
• Resolve operational barriers, participant concerns, and workflow issues while escalating complex challenges when appropriate.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment through compliance with safety, infection control, and emergency preparedness requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of experience leading teams in senior care services with an elderly population.
• Ability to collaborate with clinicians, leaders, and stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Strong decision-making, prioritization, process planning, team leadership, and performance management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, navigate ambiguity, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Compliance with applicable infection control, PPE, vaccination, and employment eligibility requirements is expected.

• Bilingual communication skills.
• PACE or ADHC/CBAS experience.
