is hiring for a client seeking an AI-native marketing coordinator to support marketing, content, growth, podcast production, outreach, events, and AI-powered operations.
What you will do
- Build and improve AI-powered workflows, prompt systems, internal AI tools, and automations using Claude, Codex, OpenClaw, AI agents, and related platforms.
- Manage social media and leadership content, including content calendars, LinkedIn posts, repurposed content, short-form clips, and performance optimization.
- Coordinate podcast recording and production from setup through publication, including audio and video editing, show notes, captions, clips, and promotional content.
- Build cold email and LinkedIn outreach workflows, targeted lead databases, messaging sequences, domain setup, and email warm-up processes.
- Create and update websites, landing pages, presentations, sales collateral, event materials, newsletters, nurture sequences, and client communications.
- Coordinate conferences, webinars, registrations, vendors, sponsorship deadlines, travel logistics, shipping, and event deliverables while handling basic GitHub, Supabase, Cloudflare, DNS, and configuration tasks.
Requirements
- Daily hands-on use of AI tools and experience with Claude or similar LLM platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to build or improve AI workflows, prompt systems, automations, and AI-assisted operating processes.
- Experience in marketing coordination, content, social media, or growth operations, with excellent written English and strong copywriting skills.
- Strong organization, project execution, ownership, prioritization, and ability to learn unfamiliar software independently.
- Comfort working with AI platforms, technical dashboards, automation tools, and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Reliable remote work setup and availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S. Central Time.
Nice to have
- Podcast, audio, or video editing experience.
- Experience with Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, LinkedIn outreach, or lead generation.
- Canva, AI-assisted design, email marketing, newsletter management, or Amazon KDP experience.
- Familiarity with GitHub, Supabase, Cloudflare, webinars, conferences, or event coordination.
- Startup experience, founder collaboration, or experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or elective medicine.
