Growth Marketer (AI)

Location: Redwood City, California; hybrid

Salary: $150,000–$205,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own conversion strategy across the website and key acquisition surfaces, from first visit through signup, trial, and purchase.
• Develop and optimize landing pages, messaging, information architecture, calls to action, and conversion paths with Design and Web.
• Build and run a structured conversion rate optimization program covering hypotheses, prioritization, testing, and results analysis.
• Own lifecycle strategy across nurture, onboarding, activation, engagement, cross-sell, expansion, and re-engagement.
• Design segmented and sequenced email and in-product journeys with Product, Sales, and Growth.
• Establish experimentation roadmaps, funnel metrics, reporting, and scalable conversion and lifecycle systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, CRM, conversion, or related marketing roles.
• Experience spanning product-led growth and sales-assisted motions.
• Track record of improving measurable funnel outcomes.
• Experience with lifecycle marketing, segmentation, experimentation, and marketing automation.
• Strong analytical, editorial, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to set strategy, work autonomously, and handle detailed execution in an ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Braze, HubSpot, Sanity, Vercel, or Linear.
• Curiosity about AI products and how they serve creative professionals.
