Manager, ERP Systems (Sage X3)

Location: Remote (Canada); 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: CAD 110,000–145,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute technology strategies for Sage X3 ERP operations and related bolt-on applications.
• Lead the architecture, design, integration, deployment, and optimization of ERP solutions supporting finance, planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment.
• Partner with ERP, finance, logistics, procurement, and other business leaders to define requirements and deliver measurable operational value.
• Direct ERP technology projects, vendor relationships, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery against scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage data quality, data governance, analytics, system performance, security, audit controls, and operational risk.
• Lead change management, training, adoption, continuous improvement, and evaluation of automation, IoT, analytics, and AI-based solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, ERP Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive IT leadership experience focused on ERP technology, including Sage X3.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP finance modules, bolt-on applications, warehouse management systems, and transportation management systems.
• Experience implementing ERP optimization solutions, developing training materials, and building team capabilities.
• Experience leading global, regulated, cross-functional IT teams and managing ERP-related business processes.
• Knowledge of data integration patterns, APIs, middleware, security practices, SOX, ITIL, testing, validation, and release management is valuable.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Strong project management, communication, vendor negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience with scalable system design, predictive and prescriptive analytics, root cause analysis, and technology transitions.
