What you will do

• Develop design changes for electrical harnesses according to established guidelines.
• Design and optimize electrical harnesses throughout the entire lifecycle from concept to series production.
• Create and verify 3D CAD documentation ensuring data accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
• Collaborate with international design offices regarding CAD methodology and technical drawings.
• Coordinate and agree on design solutions with project teams, production, suppliers, and customers.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Czech and either German or English sufficient for work-related communication.
• Previous experience as a designer or in a similar technical position.
• Technical education with specific knowledge of vehicle design and the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in CAD programs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for operating in an international environment.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities to meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
