What you will do

• Collect and analyze design data for electrical harness systems.
• Design and optimize electrical harnesses from the concept phase through to series production.
• Coordinate and agree on design solutions with project teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Create and verify technical documentation in compliance with applicable standards.
• Develop design changes and propose new technical solutions based on guidelines.
• Perform critical calculations, including wire cross-sections, fuse ratings, and load calculations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Czech and German or English sufficient for work-related communication.
• Professional experience as a designer or in a similar technical position.
• Technical education with specific knowledge of vehicle design and the automotive industry.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaboration in an international environment.
