AV Production Specialist

Location: United States; full-time role based in the San Francisco Hub

Annual base salary: $115,000–$221,000 USD

What you will do

• Coordinate and operate internal events, including setup, technical checks, and live event support.
• Operate PTZ cameras, microphones, video switching systems, audio equipment, and conferencing technology during live and hybrid events.
• Provide real-time technical support to presenters, attendees, and internal stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues in the All Hands space and conference rooms, and perform routine AV system readiness checks.
• Provision and configure AV hardware for office builds and upgrades.
• Maintain equipment inventory, event SLO documentation, and recommendations for workflow improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AV live event production.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to remain calm and solution-oriented during live events.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Experience with Zoom Webinar/Meeting, PTZ cameras, video switching systems, and audio mixing.
• Ability to work full time from the San Francisco Hub in the United States.
• In-person onboarding is required if hired.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Logitech or Neat conference room systems and firmware maintenance.
• Experience or certifications with Q-Sys and Dante.
