Business Analyst (Mobile)

What you will do

• Translate business needs into clear, complete, and actionable requirements.
• Drive requirements gathering, analysis, and refinement from ambiguous input to a reliable deliverable.
• Identify gaps, ambiguities, dependencies, edge cases, and potential risks.
• Lead grooming sessions and de-risk product requirements before development.
• Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineers, QA, and product stakeholders.
• Use AI tools for research, analysis, requirements refinement, and documentation while validating their output.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with B2C digital products or products with a large user base.
• Strong requirements analysis, attention to detail, ownership, communication, and documentation skills.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and interactions between mobile/frontend and backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and the ability to critically evaluate AI-generated results.
• English: Upper Intermediate level required.

Nice to have

• Experience working with mobile products.
• Experience in healthtech, wellness, or fitness products.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and Figma.
