What you will do
- Define and manage high-level business requirements and artifacts for project planning.
- Conduct research, produce detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
- Negotiate requirements among multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Visualize business processes and workflows using UML and diagramming tools.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients during presale and development phases.
- Participate in meetings, demos, and feedback sessions to deliver outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst experience, including 2 years in software development projects.
- Experience in FinTech projects and understanding of transaction processing and payment flows.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Nice to have
- Experience with cryptocurrency products and financial institutions.
- Knowledge of KYC/AML compliance related to digital assets.
- Market research and competitive analysis skills.
- Project or team management experience.
- Experience working in cross-cultural teams.
