TL;DR
Middle Business Analyst (AI): Defining requirements and business solutions for a large interactive e-learning platform with an accent on user stories, process visualization, stakeholder alignment, and presales analysis. Focus on designing AI-assisted BA workflows, connecting AI tools with Jira and Confluence, and validating structured outputs for complex education and integration requirements.

What you will do
- Define and manage high-level business solutions, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and transition roadmaps.
- Research business needs, perform gap and competitive analyses, and document project specifications.
- Visualize business processes and application workflows using UML diagrams, prototypes, and mockups.
- Negotiate requirements with clients and stakeholders while coordinating solutions with development, engineering, and internal project teams.
- Support presales activities by gathering requirements, preparing proposals and demonstrations, and documenting potential system functionality.
- Use AI assistants, prompt templates, and lightweight automations to accelerate research, meeting summaries, requirements drafting, and documentation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Business Analyst experience, including 2 years in software development organizations.
- Experience with SaaS or platform products and strong knowledge of business analysis methods and tools.
- Practical experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Axure, Balsamiq, Draw.io, and Lucidchart.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience using AI assistants, prompt engineering, AI output verification, and simple AI-agent integrations such as MCP connections with Jira or Confluence.
Nice to have
- Experience with education data-sync, SSO, or LMS integrations.
- Understanding of FERPA and COPPA privacy requirements for K-12 products.
- Project or team coordination experience and experience working in cross-cultural teams.
- Experience building AI agents, multi-step pipelines, or custom MCP connectors.
