Export Compliance Specialist, Logistics - (8611)

What you will do

• Review export shipment documentation from customers and suppliers to identify and resolve errors and compliance issues.
• Assist with Schedule B, export controls, purchase order management, and import dashboard monitoring.
• Conduct file audits and review ACE data for accurate government filing.
• Prepare monthly metrics and quarterly business reports.
• Support internal and external audit findings related to trade, import, and export classifications.
• Determine root causes, coordinate corrective actions, and improve processes through training, automation, and lean procedures.

Requirements

• Experience reviewing export shipment documentation and identifying compliance issues.
• Knowledge of Schedule B, export controls, and import-export classifications.
• Ability to review ACE data and support accurate government filings.
• Ability to conduct file audits and coordinate corrective actions.
