Logistics Service Coordinator

What you will do

• Coordinate and execute customer orders according to customer requirements and procedures.
• Manage order processing, including planning, booking, transportation orders, and shipment follow-up.
• Handle shipment documentation, administration, filing, invoicing, and freight audits.
• Provide internal and external shipment updates to customers through email and EDI.
• Investigate operational issues and report non-conformances against defined KPIs.
• Coordinate with approved subcontractors and cooperate with the team while reporting to the Team Leader.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in logistics order coordination and transportation operations.
• Ability to manage documentation, invoicing, freight audits, and accurate filing.
• Ability to communicate shipment status to internal and external customers.
• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and follow agreed procedures and rates.
• Attention to punctual and accurate order and documentation handling.
