Logistics Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site at the manufacturing facility in Voorheesville, United States

Salary: $31–$34 per hour plus an annual bonus

What you will do

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including transportation scheduling and carrier selection.
• Prepare and manage shipping, import, and export documentation.
• Track shipments, resolve issues, and communicate status updates across teams.
• Process and maintain shipment data and transactions in SAP.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor shipping performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with 0–5 years of experience in manufacturing or shipping, or a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong customer service mindset and focus on accurate, on-time shipments.
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and complete work accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
