What you will do

• Establish project management structures and industry-standard delivery methodologies for the Finance portfolio.
• Plan, track, and evaluate projects, managing milestones, budgets, risks, corrective actions, and post-project reviews.
• Lead the end-to-end consolidation of two legacy on-premise systems into a single cloud-based ERP solution.
• Drive finance transformation by simplifying processes before automation and enabling real-time financial insights.
• Lead and mentor the strategic projects team while managing stakeholder relationships, communication, and training for new systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar strategic finance projects role, ideally within a banking software provider.
• Strong experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, including implementations, upgrades, and finance modules.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading at least one full lifecycle ERP migration to the cloud.
• Strong conceptual thinking, data analysis, and data visualization skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
