NPI Team Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Mossville, Illinois, United States; onsite five days a week. Domestic relocation assistance is available.

Salary: $128,470–$192,710 per year

What you will do

• Lead new product introduction activities within the Reman Electronics team.
• Coordinate resources across business, sales, marketing, and platform groups for project deliverables.
• Oversee project schedules, progress, costs, status reporting, and project controls.
• Resolve project and operational problems while communicating with stakeholders and customers.
• Influence staffing, motivate and develop project team members, and manage customer expectations.
• Apply planning, program management, quality management, problem-solving, and design-for-manufacturability practices.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of product knowledge or relevant experience in generator sets, generator ends, power generation, large rotating electrics, electric motors, or engine manufacturing.
• Experience in design engineering, performance engineering, process engineering, manufacturing operations, or NPI leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving execution through product introduction milestones.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
• Must work onsite five days per week in Mossville, Illinois.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Lean manufacturing experience or certification.
• Experience within the Electric Power Division, Lafayette Engine Center, or similar product groups.
