Senior Application Architect - Test Data Management

What you will do

• Define enterprise Test Data Management architecture, standards, patterns, and provisioning models.
• Design scalable synthetic data solutions, test data pipelines, reusable data patterns, and referential integrity approaches.
• Govern the test data lifecycle from creation and delivery through refresh and retirement.
• Provide architectural guidance to engineering teams and drive adoption of enterprise TDM solutions.
• Collaborate with data architecture, governance, stewardship, and metadata teams to balance controls with development needs.
• Align TDM architecture with enterprise data and AI strategies while ensuring consistency across teams and environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years of technical design and solution leadership experience, with application architecture experience preferred.
• Experience designing data-intensive applications in financial services or risk management.
• Experience with QA frameworks, test methodology, test automation, test-driven development, and Agile Scrum.
• Knowledge of software architecture, microservices, event-driven systems, SQL, Oracle, DB2, data modeling, CI/CD, DevOps, cloud platforms, containers, APIs, and integration tools.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, privacy laws, data governance, data quality, data lakes, and methods such as synthetic data, masking, and tokenization.
