Senior Application Architect - Test Data Management

What you will do

• Define enterprise Test Data Management architecture, standards, patterns, and provisioning models.
• Design scalable synthetic data solutions and test data pipelines for unit, system, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Govern the test data lifecycle, including creation, delivery, refresh, and retirement.
• Establish reusable data patterns, referential integrity, and consistency across teams and environments.
• Advise engineering teams on enterprise TDM adoption and collaborate with data architecture, governance, stewardship, and metadata teams.
• Align test data architecture with enterprise data and AI strategies while balancing governance controls with software development needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years of technical design and solution leadership experience, with preferred application architecture experience.
• Experience designing data-intensive applications in financial services or risk management.
• Knowledge of QA frameworks, test methodology, test automation, test-driven development, and Agile Scrum.
• Experience with test data compliance and data protection methods such as synthetic data, masking, and tokenization.
• Knowledge of software architecture, databases and data modeling, CI/CD, DevOps, cloud platforms, containers, APIs, integration tools, banking regulations, privacy laws, and data governance.
