Workshop Technician Edwards (Manufacturing)

Manufacturing operations for Edwards vacuum pump products within hirify.global Group.

What you will do

• Assemble, disassemble, inspect, and test vacuum pumps according to weekly production plans.
• Perform leak tests and assist with troubleshooting leak test failures.
• Read and apply work instructions, drawings, schematics, inspection criteria, and technical specifications.
• Use calibrated hand and power tools, follow PPE and manufacturing safety procedures, and maintain 6S housekeeping standards.
• Meet daily quality, volume, efficiency, and customer due-date targets while coordinating priorities with zone colleagues and the Zone Leader.
• Complete production documentation, raise issues in SIM2 meetings, and contribute to corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school education, preferably in a mechanical or technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a similar environment.
• Ability to work with hand and power tools and read technical drawings and schematics.
• Good PC literacy; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts, maintain time flexibility, and perform detailed, reliable work.
