What you will do

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations across departments and shifts, ensuring safe, efficient, compliant production.
• Develop operational plans and manage short- and long-term planning for assigned manufacturing areas.
• Lead improvements in materials, manufacturing processes, assembly operations, and plant-wide performance.
• Manage, coach, and develop direct reports while setting expectations and supporting career growth.
• Track KPIs for staffing, labor efficiency, scrap, production volume, quality, safety, and cost.
• Manage the annual manufacturing operating budget, support audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of manufacturing or operations experience and 3 years of supervisory or people leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, operations, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in cGMP-regulated environments, regulatory compliance, operational data analysis, root-cause analysis, and annual budget management.
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma or an equivalent continuous improvement methodology.
• Effective communication in both English and Spanish is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise business systems is also required.
