Sr Manager, Site Operational Excellence

What you will do

• Lead and execute the site operational excellence strategy, roadmap, and improvement programs.
• Prioritize initiatives that improve regulatory compliance, plant efficiency, cost performance, and growth.
• Lead project teams and manage resources, budgets, consultants, and reporting against plant EBIT targets.
• Coach Lean Six Sigma belts and provide technical support for project analysis and operational efficiency.
• Develop and deliver Lean Six Sigma training, including DMAIC, process controls, and statistical analysis.
• Maintain site performance scorecards and track operational excellence results for plant and regional management.

Requirements

• English proficiency is required for written and verbal communication in a heavily regulated work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Finance, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience managing improvement processes and complex projects.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of successfully leading continuous improvement projects and delivering measurable results.
• Ability to prioritize work independently, communicate across organizational levels, and operate in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• 5 years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other cGMP manufacturing.
• 3 years of experience in electro-mechanical operations.
