Location: Remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere within the United States, preferably in the Central Region.

Salary: $105,100 - $147,100

What you will do

• Lead continuous improvement and operations excellence strategies across regional bakeries.
• Facilitate Root Cause Problem Solving, Line Balance workshops, and Agile kaizen events.
• Drive manufacturing transformation and productivity plans to reduce waste and increase profitability.
• Provide change management support for digital workplace tools and new process adoption.
• Analyze operational data to identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and quality to ensure compliance with safety and food defense standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment involving operations, quality, or food safety.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and facilitation of continuous improvement methodologies (SMED, 5S, Gemba Walks, 5 Whys, DMAIC).
• Experience supporting change management and digital process adoption.
• Ability to travel up to 80% nationwide.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
