LPN, RX Clinical Program Professional

Location: Remote nationwide in the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time, with a regular shift of 10:00 AM–6:30 PM ET and a rotating late shift of 11:30 AM–8:00 PM ET once every four weeks.

Salary: $48,900–$66,200 per year

What you will do

• Oversee medication therapy and support comprehensive medication reviews for patients taking multiple medications.
• Develop and apply prescription drug optimization strategies.
• Educate patients about prescription drugs and promote health awareness through targeted quarterly campaigns.
• Make outbound calls to confirm medication use and provide patient counseling.
• Document clinical information and manage workflows using electronic health record systems.
• Work independently, prioritize assignments, and collaborate on complex problems across teams.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LPN license.
• At least one year of experience working as an LPN.
• Experience with electronic health record systems for documentation, data management, and workflow optimization.
• Ability to solve complex problems and encourage collaborative problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team success.
• Dedicated, interruption-free home workspace required to protect member PHI and HIPAA information.

Nice to have

• Mail order pharmacy experience.
• At least one year of LPN experience in a specialty pharmacy setting.
• LPN compact license.
