What you will do
- Define and champion the long-term vision and strategy for the marketing analytics function.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of four marketing analysts.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to solve complex marketing and growth challenges.
- Build robust measurement and attribution approaches for multi-channel acquisition.
- Improve the maturity of analytics frameworks, processes, and capabilities.
- Ensure analytical outputs are commercially impactful and actionable across the business.
Requirements
- Strong experience in marketing, growth, or customer analytics.
- Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and developing analytical teams.
- Ability to operate comfortably between strategic high-level discussions and analytical detail.
- Experience improving the maturity of analytics functions in evolving environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business questions into analytical work.
- Must be based in London or able to work in a hybrid capacity from the London office.
Nice to have
- Background in marketing or media agency environments.
- Experience with multi-touch attribution and marketing mix modelling.
- Financial services or fintech industry exposure.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics approaches and tools.
- Experience leading analytics transformation or maturity improvement programmes.
