What you will do

  • Define and champion the long-term vision and strategy for the marketing analytics function.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of four marketing analysts.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to solve complex marketing and growth challenges.
  • Build robust measurement and attribution approaches for multi-channel acquisition.
  • Improve the maturity of analytics frameworks, processes, and capabilities.
  • Ensure analytical outputs are commercially impactful and actionable across the business.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in marketing, growth, or customer analytics.
  • Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and developing analytical teams.
  • Ability to operate comfortably between strategic high-level discussions and analytical detail.
  • Experience improving the maturity of analytics functions in evolving environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business questions into analytical work.
  • Must be based in London or able to work in a hybrid capacity from the London office.

Nice to have

  • Background in marketing or media agency environments.
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution and marketing mix modelling.
  • Financial services or fintech industry exposure.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics approaches and tools.
  • Experience leading analytics transformation or maturity improvement programmes.
