Quality Assurance Analyst I

What you will do

• Monitor and complete audits of basic activities within an assigned banking area.
• Conduct call monitoring and assess adherence to internal policies, processes, and external regulations.
• Identify non-compliance issues, communicate findings, and help prevent recurrence.
• Maintain deficiency records to support reporting and activity trend analysis.
• Identify process and procedural improvement opportunities.
• Participate in more complex monitoring and audits and escalate risk-related issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Associate degree and at least one year of experience in the supported area, or a combined minimum of three years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least one year in the supported area.
• Proven analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience with spreadsheet, word processing, database, and presentation software.
• Detail-oriented approach to monitoring, auditing, and documentation.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience providing written or verbal feedback.
