Testing Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Write integration test scenarios from specifications and execute manual and automated tests.
• Implement and maintain automated integration and regression test suites using tools such as Verifix or similar.
• Identify, log, track, and resolve software defects while following quality processes and testing best practices.
• Assess migration impacts and define testing scope for exchange migrations and client upgrades.
• Coordinate testing follow-up, release activities, recommended configurations, documentation, and client implementation support.
• Collaborate with exchange project managers, Valdi teams, scrum teams, and clients to improve testing processes and delivery quality.

Requirements

• Up to 4 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Functional knowledge of finance, ideally front-office processing.
• Strong knowledge of quality processes and experience with test automation.
• Fluency in English and French, spoken and written.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, perform under pressure, and meet deadlines.
