What you will do

• Manage the branch’s sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
• Lead and coach colleagues to achieve production goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer relationships and identify referral opportunities.
• Acquire new consumer and business customers through proactive business development and calling programs.
• Build internal, business, and community partnerships in the assigned market area.
• Oversee staffing, branch resources, operational security, risk controls, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Previous management experience and a bachelor's degree are preferred.
• Experience or strong knowledge in banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, coaching, and colleague development.
• Strong verbal, written communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort using mobile services, online banking tools, and other branch technology.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available. Fingerprints and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations.
