Software Engineer (Machine Learning)

What you will do

• Implement hirify.global technology for customers and prospects across different environments.
• Build efficient feature pipelines for healthcare, finance, fraud prevention, cancer detection, and recommendation use cases.
• Work closely with Engineering and Sales teams.
• Serve as the primary technical contact during pre-sales and post-sales customer engagements.
• Recommend additional products as customer needs evolve.
• Help interview and grow the Engineering team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional backend software engineering experience.
• Experience writing software or building machine learning models.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving, storytelling, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning or data products and services.
• Understanding of MLOps and machine learning infrastructure.
• Experience as a forward-deployed engineer at a high-growth machine learning startup.
• Experience working closely with sales teams and customers.
