What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end operational performance across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, logistics, and customer-facing execution.
• Establish scalable operating models for capacity planning, reliable execution, production optimization, inventory management, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain GMP and regulatory inspection readiness and lead responses to FDA inspections, customer audits, quality events, deviations, CAPAs, risk assessments, and change control.
• Support customers, suppliers, and partners through audits, performance reviews, issue resolution, onboarding, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives using lean methods, digitalization, automation, data, KPIs, and Industry 4.0 concepts.
• Manage capacity, capital investments, infrastructure, business continuity, P&L performance, talent development, and site business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Head of Operations or in a similar leadership role in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of sterile injectables, logistics, and drug development.
• Familiarity with digital technologies, data analytics, and Industry 4.0 concepts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
