Manufacturing IT Manager

hirify.global is a global healthcare company operating a major nutrition manufacturing hub in Lessines.

What you will do

• Act as the primary IT partner for plant leadership and the main IT interface for the Lessines manufacturing site.
• Define and continuously evolve the plant-level manufacturing IT strategy, technology roadmap, and priorities.
• Translate manufacturing strategies and business objectives into scalable digital solutions that improve safety, quality, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Partner with IT delivery teams to manage scope and ensure reliable execution of manufacturing technology initiatives.
• Support operational excellence through structured problem-solving, performance reviews, Gemba observations, and continuous improvement actions.
• Ensure IT solutions support audits and GxP requirements while collaborating with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and global IT teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Process Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of IT experience, including significant experience supporting manufacturing operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required; experience in pharma, biotech, medical device, or nutrition is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of large-scale manufacturing operations and digital ecosystems.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into effective, scalable IT solutions and perform root-cause analysis.
• Professional working proficiency in French and English is required.
