What you will do

• Own business unit revenue, profitability, budget, performance, and investment planning.
• Define and execute long-term business, market, and product strategies.
• Identify new customer segments, strategic partnerships, and international growth opportunities.
• Guide product portfolio priorities based on market demand and technology trends.
• Build executive relationships with strategic customers and ecosystem partners while leading complex commercial initiatives.
• Align engineering, product, operations, and sales teams around shared objectives and measurable performance targets.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of senior experience in high-tech, electronics, wireless, connected products, or a related technical industry.
• Experience leading a business unit, product organisation, or substantial commercial portfolio.
• Proven ownership of P&L, budgeting, investment planning, and profitable growth.
• Success in market expansion, product strategy, or strategic business development.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical and commercial teams in complex B2B markets.
• Professional fluency in English and availability to work fully on-site in Switzerland.
