Business Unit Operations Director (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage a division, P&L, or segment operational program management office.
• Lead cross-functional programs across regions, business units, and hirify.global segments to achieve business and financial goals.
• Coordinate product portfolio prioritization, budget alignment, cost-reduction plans, build plans, and gross-margin targets.
• Optimize operational planning, cash management, inventory performance, and supply chain interfaces.
• Create business processes, drive continuous improvement, and reduce end-to-end cycle time from order receipt to customer delivery and from product development to retirement.
• Support enhanced product lifecycle projects, allocate operations resources, and lead cross-divisional programs.

Requirements

• Broad and comprehensive expertise in leading-edge theories, techniques, and technologies within the relevant function.
• Experience influencing internal and external business or regulatory matters affecting the business.
• Experience leading highly visible multidisciplinary teams or initiatives and providing thought leadership.
• Ability to solve complex problems using innovative methods and influence senior management, customers, regulators, or vendors.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
