Paralegal Group Lead (Immigration)

What you will do

• Lead and support up to 3–5 paralegal team leaders overseeing paralegal teams.
• Ensure teams follow standard operating procedures and meet daily and weekly quality and output targets.
• Review run charts, error trackers, capacity data, and KPI reports to identify performance issues and support corrective plans.
• Lead improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and case submission goals.
• Conduct regular target reviews and provide relief for team leaders during absences.
• Train and develop new team leaders and manage related HR matters, including time-off requests, timecard reviews, and feedback reviews.

Requirements

• Client-facing experience and the ability to build strong client relationships and manage communications professionally.
• Leadership experience, including mentoring, accountability management, and initiative leadership.
• Experience with KPI tracking and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Knowledge of immigration law and law firm procedures.
• Strong organization, independent problem-solving, resilience under pressure, and an openness to feedback.
