Immigration Paralegal

Location: Must be based in LATAM or the Philippines. Work schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET.

Compensation: $1,000–$1,500 USD/month.

What you will do

• Build and maintain organized digital case files for business, investor, and family-based immigration matters.
• Draft USCIS forms and petition support documentation under attorney supervision.
• Coordinate client communication via email and video calls.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy before submission.
• Utilize AI tools and cloud-based legal systems to streamline case support.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of administrative, legal support, or operations experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based CRM or document management platforms.
• English proficiency at B2+ level for client-facing communication.
• Ability to work in the EST time zone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET).

Nice to have

• Prior U.S. immigration law or USCIS experience.
• Familiarity with legal case management systems like Docketwise or Litify.
• Spanish fluency.
• Experience using AI tools like Claude or Perplexity.
