What you will do

  • Act as a thought partner to clients, building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities to scale platform use.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to manage client relationships from pilots to full adoption.
  • Represent user insights to inform product development and strategic direction.
  • Deliver product demos and training to showcase platform capabilities.
  • Document best practices and contribute to scalable playbooks for global growth.
  • Guide clients through the impact and ROI evaluation of AI in legal practice areas.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Seoul and work on-site
  • Background in law with experience at a top-tier firm or in-house legal team.
  • Tech-curious and product-savvy, comfortable with technical conversations including generative AI.
  • Strong communication skills across legal and engineering stakeholders.
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and manage multiple client relationships.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and focused on delivering quality results.
