What you will do

• Install, configure, maintain, administer, and enhance Jira Core, Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket, and third-party add-ons.
• Translate client requirements, assumptions, and constraints into implementation deliverables.
• Configure complex workflows, fields, screens, dashboards, reports, permission schemes, notification schemes, and automation rules.
• Partner with clients on solution alignment, backlog prioritization, project delivery, timelines, scope, budgets, and scope management.
• Advise clients on Atlassian best practices, operational maintenance, and avoiding common configuration challenges.
• Support client administrators and users and provide guidance on Jira and Confluence usage.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience configuring and administering Atlassian products and key third-party add-ons.
• Practical understanding of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile frameworks.
• Experience with JQL, automation rules, SLA configurations, user management, and permission schemes.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients and deliverables, and plan time effectively.
• Strong communication, facilitation, organization, attention to detail, and collaborative customer-service skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with Portfolio for Jira, Structure, Tempo, Insight, or similar Atlassian add-ons.
