What you will do

• Lead technology change programmes and projects across multiple workstreams from planning through delivery.
• Define and maintain the programme management framework, governance standards, and delivery best practices.
• Manage programme structures, resources, financial forecasts, budgets, RAID logs, plans, and workstream dependencies.
• Support project managers across Client Servicing, Operations, and Technology, using Agile or Waterfall delivery as appropriate.
• Oversee internal staffing, external vendors, and third-party partners while maintaining delivery momentum and value for money.
• Report progress, risks, costs, and outcomes to senior leadership, programme boards, and investor representatives.

Requirements

• Proven programme management experience in complex, multi-workstream environments.
• Strong leadership experience building and managing high-performing teams in a matrix environment.
• Expertise in governance frameworks, programme planning, and programme artefact development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, project risks, and third-party vendors.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including reporting to senior leadership and investors.
• Experience in commercial insurance or reinsurance is highly advantageous.
