Co-Op, Supply Chain & Logistics

Location: Norwood, Massachusetts, United States; 100% onsite with no remote work. The co-op runs from January 18, 2027, through June 25, 2027, and applicants must be available for the full duration.

Salary: $20.00–$60.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Support projects in global supply planning, master data management, logistics engineering, and global logistics.
• Collect, organize, and analyze supply chain, inventory, logistics, process, and master data.
• Maintain accurate data, trackers, reports, documentation, process maps, and standard work materials.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends and risks, and contribute to continuous improvement and digital initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on material flow, transportation, warehousing, planning, and logistics activities.
• Support project coordination, testing, issue tracking, analyses, presentations, and follow-up for process or system changes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in supply chain management, business, operations management, industrial engineering, data analytics, information systems, or a related field.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and present data.
• Experience completing team-based projects and communicating results through written summaries or presentations.
• Must already hold U.S. work authorization and maintain it without future immigration sponsorship.
• Only U.S. persons eligible under applicable export control requirements.

Nice to have

• GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to high-performing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
