What you will do

• Define and evolve the Canadian Private Cloud value proposition, including strategy, commercial models, and go-to-market approach.
• Lead and mentor the Managed Services Solutioning team supporting complex pursuits across cloud, data, and application domains.
• Act as a senior solution architecture leader for strategic client opportunities, facilitating discovery and executive-level presentations.
• Partner with sales and consulting teams to shape commercially viable, client-centric solutions that drive long-term partnerships.
• Ensure solution feasibility, delivery readiness, and operational sustainability by collaborating closely with delivery and operations teams.
• Drive standardization of solution assets, estimation models, and governance processes across the organization.

Requirements

• Significant experience in solution architecture, managed services, or technology consulting leadership.
• Strong understanding of private, hybrid, and public cloud operating models.
• Proven ability to lead solutioning for large, complex managed services opportunities.
• Experience leading teams of architects, solution consultants, or technical specialists.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Canadian market, particularly in regulated industries like financial services, public sector, or healthcare.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, VMware, Red Hat, ITIL, or TOGAF.
• Experience working with offshore, nearshore, and distributed delivery models.
