Software Developer with AI affinity (AI)

What you will do

• Build proof-of-concept solutions for early-stage innovation projects.
• Rapidly prototype software while deciding when to prioritize speed and when to invest in robustness.
• Design and develop complex solutions for humans and AI agents, including backend services, simple frontend components, testing, and code reviews.
• Document technical learnings, architectural decisions, and project knowledge.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and stay current with software engineering and AI standards.
• Present demos and pitches to decision makers and users, with occasional participation in dental user research.

Requirements

• Several years of software engineering experience and strong software development fundamentals.
• Experience with Python and C#.
• Experience with generative AI, prompt and context engineering, retrieval strategies, chunking, embeddings, vector search, or RAG optimization.
• Relevant master's degree in software engineering, computer science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, data science, or a similar field is expected.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong oral and written English is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of machine learning or computer vision.
